Following a full case assessment, which may include mounted study models, diagnostic wax up and tomographic analysis where necessary, you and your patient would receive a full written report.

Additional Services
As part of the his mentoring programme, Jonathan offers the following services
- Surgical implant placement only
The patient is returned following successful implant integration with a healing cap or temporary crown/abutment in place.
- Site development
In areas of inadequate bone volume, our team can provide graft augmentation procedures as the case dictates. After suitable healing we would also be responsible for the fixture placement. Patients would be returned after the completion of the second stage surgery. This way we can be totally responsible for graft maturation and successful implant integration within the site.
- A one day introductory prosthetic course/mentoring programme
By the end of this day you will be able to asses your own patients for the suitability of a dental implant. You will understand the prosthetic components to allow you to restore dental implants.
The prosthodontic kit to restore the fixtures placed at the practice will be given free of charge
A surgery at the practice is also available if you require further guidance in the restoring of your patients. These fees would be collected by the restoring dentist.
- Mobile surgical implant placement
We have the facility to place the implants for Nobel Biocare systems at your practice. Jonathan brings his own nurses, drapes, implants and surgical equipment for this procedure .
